Information collected
Quote requests collect contact details, the property address, property type, pest concern, timing, inspection permission, and the description you choose to provide.
How it is used and shared
We use the information to assess initial service-area fit, route the request, operate the matching service, review outcomes, prevent abuse, and contact you about the request. By checking the required consent and submitting, you authorize Indy Pest Match to share the request and contact information with an appropriate independent provider and authorize that provider to contact you about it.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page performance, and completed quote requests. Analytics events may include non-identifying details such as pest category, property type, and when the problem began. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, uploaded photographs, form descriptions, and confirmation numbers are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
Independent providers and customer agreements
Participating providers are independent businesses. The provider confirms whether it can accept the request, supplies any estimate, and controls its pricing, schedule, methods, personnel, credentials, insurance, and customer practices. If you proceed, you contract directly with the provider. The provider performs and warrants the work, addresses service concerns, and collects payment. Indy Pest Match is not the pest-control contractor or a party to that agreement.
No guaranteed match or service
Submitting a request creates no obligation to hire and does not guarantee provider contact, acceptance, availability, an estimate, or service. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, or government identification information through the quote form.
Referral disclosure
Indy Pest Match may receive a lead or referral fee from a participating provider. That commercial arrangement does not make the provider our employee or agent and does not change the provider’s responsibility for its work.
Retention and choices
Lead, consent, assignment, and operational records may be retained to operate, evaluate, protect, and document the referral service.
